With the Send Mail command on the File menu (see Heading & Page), you can send e-mail messages directly from Workflow Manager using the e-mail program that has been installed on your network. You can choose to send a message to the network administrator or to another recipient. If the e-mail program is not running in the background, the Send Mail command opens a dialog box for specifying an e-mail service.
